Karim Chalhoub

Karim is a researcher with a background in law, politics, economics and history.

At Siren, he is in charge of the legal research on the various public sector reform projects and supports their implementation. He has been covering topics related to administrative law, Human Rights, and criminal justice amongst others.

Prior to joining the team, he was working at the Haddad Baroud Daher - Trial Law Firm in Beirut and had previously participated in a survey by Siren in different police stations in Beirut as part of the British Policing Support Project.

Karim holds a Masters Degree in Public Law from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut as well as a Political Science Bachelor from the same university and is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
