Raymonda Karam


Raymonda is a Lebanese national, passionate about people and human resources management.

Based out of Siren’s Beirut Headquarters, Raymonda is responsible for setting up the company’s human resources department. She takes a leading role in the creation of relevant policies, processes and HR activities to support Siren’s mission, and in the planning, development and implementation of Siren’s strategy for HR management and development.

Raymonda has more than 15 years of experience in HR management across a range of sectors, including: recruitment services, hospitality, oil and gas, and for several NGOs.

Raymonda holds a Master’s Degree in HR and a BA in Social Services Work from Saint Joseph University-Beirut, and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
