Cyril is a researcher with a background in politics, history and sociology, and experience in researching international law issues in the Middle East and the socio-economic challenges in Lebanon and the region.
Cyril is currently working on a project on statelessness in Tripoli and conducing research into radicalization in Lebanon.
Prior to joining Siren, Cyril held Internships at the Observatory of Public Function and Good Governance at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut and at “Le Commerce du Levant”. He has participated in many seminars related to the Lebanese diaspora’s first elections, youth radicalisation in the MENA region and public policy in Lebanon.
Cyril has a bachelor’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from Saint-Joseph University Beirut and is fluent in in English, French and Arabic.
