Marc is a consultant on public sector reform and development projects with over 15 years of experience in Europe and Lebanon.

As a Director at Siren, he is responsible for providing logistical and management support to all Siren projects in the region.

His experience at Siren to-date has included leading a UK funded project supporting the Internal Security Forces (ISF) in Lebanon to improve criminal investigation procedures, strategic planning, enhance accountability through the development of a Code of Conduct, and introduce Community Policing practices at a number of pilot police stations.

Prior to joining Siren, Marc gained experience as an IT, management and organisation consultant in Paris, and as a Project Manager for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Beirut.

Mark is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
