Marc Maouad is Senior Adviser on public sector reform and development projects with over 15 years experience in Europe and Lebanon. He provides logistical and management support to all Siren projects in the region. Gaining experience in Paris as an IT, Management and Organization Consultant, Marc returned to Beirut and was appointed to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as a Project Manager where he was responsible for the design, management and implementation of public sector reform and development programs. Marc has been working with the Ministry of Interior and the Internal Security Forces (ISF) in Lebanon since July 2006, with an initial focus on the improvement of criminal investigation procedures within the ISF.
