Tulay Ghandour

A law graduate with experience in project management, research and editorial roles in think tanks, law offices and public sector institutions.

Tulay joined the Siren team as a research assistant on the Public Procurement Law project, in collaboration with the World Bank and the Institute of Finance. She provides technical support to the project team.

Tulay previously worked at the High Council for Privatization and Partnerships for two years as a project assistant, where she gained experience in project management, research and contributed to knowledge exchanges on PPPs with government agencies and multilateral actors including the World Bank.

She graduated from the Saint Joseph University – Faculty of Law and Political Science and holds a Bachelor of Laws and an M1 in Public International Law. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
