Valeria Spagnolo


Valeria is a researcher with a background in law. 

At Siren, she is in charge of the legal research in relation to public sector reform, and supports implementation. She covers topics relating to public procurement, justice, fiscal, and administrative law. 

Prior to joining the team, she was working at Obeid Law Firm in Beirut, where she received hands-on experience on corporate, labor, telecommunications, private, administrative, banking and commercial law.  

Valeria holds a Masters Degree in Private Law from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and has an undergraduate degree in law from the same university. She is fluent in Arabic, French and English, and has advanced skills in Italian.
