RESEARCH
We use social science research techniques to deliver solution-driven analysis that informs our work. Our approach combines rigorous analytical methods with a strong, long-term local presence to ensure our research is tailored to local conditions and evolving dynamics

We produce rapid situational analyses as well as gender-sensitive conflict analyses that set out how the power dynamics and gender norms of a given context fuel conflict and instability, and the measures and red lines that should be incorporated into programming to transform those conflict drivers and promote sustainable peace. We also survey the operational landscape of our partners to understand the different interests of stakeholders, their influence on our partners’ ability to reach objectives, and the best way to engage with them.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
We provide a range of consulting and capacity building services to support organisations through the entire transformation process.
From helping to set strategy, to short-order deployment of trainers and specialists across a wide range of disciplines, to the in-house design of fit-for-purpose facilities, we offer partners a truly integrated, top-to-bottom solution-kit.
We help our partners identify the barriers holding their organisation back, articulate where they would like it to be going, and design a corresponding change management strategy. We then support their implementation of that strategy, offering ongoing advice and mentorship to key change champions to ensure the appropriate systems and structures are set up to communicate the planned to change to stakeholders, and monitor and evaluate institutional transformation. In this way, our teams support leaders to make the tough decisions that will drive institutional transformation and allow energy and resources to be focused around organisational objectives.

Technology doesn’t just enable change, it drives it. As such, digital solutions form a key component of our programming.
We recognise the challenge of sustainably introducing customised, client-driven digital applications in low-resource, fragile settings and therefore integrate them within our broader organisational transformation approach via our sister company, Siren Analytics.
