Governance

We work with the public sector and civil society to promote the delivery of effective, accountable and inclusive services.

Our teams support states to modernise core government systems, collaborate across traditional divides, and deliver universally accessible public services.

This includes enhancing internal oversight, promoting transparent decision-making, and helping governments adopt digital and data solutions that improve service delivery and efficiency.

Whether ensuring proper data governance or creating opportunities for citizens to engage with and hold the public sector to account, we aim to rebuild fragile social contracts and foster trust.
