Siren was born out of a belief that public sector transformation could be done differently.
Our motivation is simple: to help lay the foundations for societies to prosper and for people to realise their full potential.
Our motivation is simple: to help lay the foundations for societies to prosper and for people to realise their full potential.
We’re not looking to solve other people’s problems for them. And we don’t come looking for problems with readymade solutions. Instead, we support our partners to take a system-wide look at their reality and craft well thought-out strategies for change.
Guiding our partners through the full change management process, our teams understand the language and culture of the places we work, building trusting, mutual relationships with our partners along the way. We’re able to quickly deploy technical solutions to the problem at hand by marrying our up-to-date understanding of context, with agile operations and a wide-range of service offerings.
We strive to build a workplace centred around employee wellbeing, where the highest ethical standards are upheld. To do this, we have placed our values as the guiding force behind our work, and have build a range of policies to embed these within our operations.
Coming up with innovative solutions in fragile and volatile contexts isn’t easy. Under-resourcing, bureaucracy and broader cycles of corruption and mismanagement are critical, all-too-common spoilers.
We’ve been honing our toolkit to these realities since 2008, using rigorous monitoring and evaluation systems to learn what works and what doesn’t. We’re committed to sharing that learning and channelling it to make impactful, cost-effective interventions.
